On this blog I am trying to teach you how to set up your own blog for completely free. But sometimes it’s hard to get traffic for free, or it was until I discovered this method. Just a few days ago I found out about pinterest business, It’s what it sounds like- a pinterest business account. You post pins, or repost pins and people will see them and look at your blog. In this post I will explain how exactly pinterest marketing works.
If you don’t know what pinterest is – it is a search engine and also a social media platform where people can post about products or websites or anything and people can see the post click on it and it will take them to a website.
Pinterest marketing is very simple. After you have set up a business account, click the + symbol in the top right corner, then add a photo, I recommend using the one you used for the blog post but you don’t have to. Write the caption, it should be something you think people will search. Then you have to write the description, don’t write the whole blog post again just write a brief description, saying something like you include whatever and the process for whatever. Now add the link to the post.This is now where it splits, if you want to just post a pin and not pay anything just click post, but if you are wanting an ad carry on reading.
*Disclaimer* an ad will do a lot better and get more views as pinterest is being paid to advertise your pin. Not advertising will still get you views though, just not as many.
Instead of clicking post click promote, then fill in the details about the target audience how much you want to pay and so on. The more you pay per day the more views and leads you will get [leads are the same as clicks]. An ad will do better and be more helpful for views, but just a pin is fine. We hope this post helped.
