Tailwind is a pinterest pin scheduler, that has supposedly done wonders to other peoples blogs by getting them traffic through pinterest. I decided I was going to do the tailwind free trial and see if it actually worked.
These are my accurate results from Monday 2nd of September and All pins are mine but some are for my other websites.
If you have read the post Is Tailwind Worth It you will know my results half way into the trial, these are my final results after I have completed the trial.
Underneath is a screenshot of my viewers, and how many clicks I got in the last month. Before tailwind I had around 60 viewers and 0-1 clicks. This screenshot is for my entire pinterest account not just 1 pin.

So before I start showing you results of my pins here are the symbols and what they mean.
The eye means views, it also means how many people have looked at it or scrolled past it on their home page, the thumb tack means how many people have repinned your pin or saved it to one of their boards, the arrow means how many people have clicked on your pin and gone onto your website.
My first few pins are going to be ones I have posted before I started using tailwind, underneath are some screenshots.
Again these are my results without tailwind. So you can see I got no clicks or repins, but I did get a few views. The one that got the most views was the pinterest one which also happened when i used tailwind. This could be due to pinterest monetizing the ones that are about pinterest or it could be complete coincidence.
So now I’ll show you some results from when I did use tailwind, there is 1 pin i am going to talk about separately because the results are a bit different. but here are some screenshots of results with the tailwind free trial.
One of the best results was the same as without tailwind, so has it helped if you are thinking no, the next image might just change your opinion.
This next image is my best results with tailwind, and I have to say they are good for a small blog like mine. As I mentioned earlier i do not know if it got the best results because it was about pinterest or it was just luck and tailwind.

I did repin it and it got 2 more clicks and 1 more repin. But this got 631 views which compared to all the others is great, its not amazing for a popular blogger but for a small blog its pretty good, I would have liked to get more clicks and repins, but at least i now know people are viewing my pins, but is it down to tailwind, in my opinion it is not at all.
So is tailwind worth it, the actual price if you are not doing the free trial is £10 or £800 per month, and for what it has done to my blog, i’m not to sure that i want to even pay £5 a month for it. If you are thinking about paying for it I recommend still trying out the free trial for it.
Thanks for reading this rather long post, We hope we helped you and you enjoyed it, The Teens and Business Team
